Honestly Penguinmod's Vector Editor is pretty good, it has more stuff than Turbowarp and Scratch's Editor, but I only ever use it for specific things
After a couple of hours, I managed to get the layering to look a lot better.... somehow
I am now officially moving to ItchIo.
