General in Scratch

Chat i'm completely redoing my game for the 4th time (this time i am doing it in unity because i don't want to spend the next 2 years on my dream game)
I still will be making scratch things though
i have a new background in scratch but you guys ask how to chance background in scratch no i used scratch addons and you guys download scratch addons in chrome web store
Scratch requires so little motive effort to make your ideas into reality. To have designed an assistant to essentially do the problem solving for you goes far against what Scratch is designed for and is opposed to its own values.
What were they thinking.
I'm going to make an offline version of PenguinMod for Windows, would anyone like to try it out when it's ready?
