9 WORLDS is a free educational simulator of the Norse world, as it is fully described in records, built around exploration and discovery. Learn all about the Norse world by playing it for yourself. Offered free forever at no cost under creative commons, with regular updates. This game is intended to be as accurate as possible, and fit for educational and study use. From the NIDHOGG below, to the birds at its top, to alfeim, to midgard, to muspelhiem, to neiflheim and more. Its all here as one massive sandbox level

think of this like a massive, intricate, living, breathing museum exhibit with none of the design or budget restrictions of reality. a biopunk/dungeonpunk/magitek vision of Norse lore.

Brief Nudity

rigging ragdolls, even for some light art pictures, is hard and annoying, but im slowly figuring out how to convert these

download for the current version was marked as "9 WORLDS 1st version", since a redux update is going to be done at some point instead

a problem too large to ignore: "goatboys bizarre adventure" has stronger systems then either of the 9 WORLDS games

why did i think going over the entire code backbone and all game textures properly, wouldn't drag me into development hel? im not sure why in retrospect. for some reason i thought not making and adding content meant faster development time

coding is weird.

good news: mouse-based control of in-game pause menu (as was my plan) works

[???] news: mouse control somehow got programmed upside down. it's inverted. is this error even worth fixing? these are questions i'm thinking on.
