added projectiles which applys to some enemies/units. made to kill backliners

chapter 2 is half done, this adds a chapter 2 boss and a couple lvls after. this also fixes some small things

crazed tank and mobile added. added 4 levels for chapter 2

(i am working on the next chapter there is only 4 levels as of now)
