- fixed loading/idle jitter
- health/stamina +20%
- combat tuned (rarer spawns, longer aggro, more EXP, smaller buffs, faster enemies)
- UI/art tweaks.

After v4.0, players shared great feedback:
add next/prev in tutorial, allow T/Esc to close menus, fix collisions, and maybe add running.
