heres an in-depth explanation for how it works
upon doing the airdodge input, you are instantly sent into the animation and cannot input, 2 frames afterward, your invincibility is active for 10 frames, then you are vulnerable for another four frames (the list in the top left corner shows this) so missing airdodges is actually punishable
