Ok, so. Here we have 2 different Rain, 1 faster than the other.
They both start at the same coordinates, and should end at the same too.
But the faster one stops early, so the part_type_life value must be wrong.
Particle speed is in pixels per frames, and I have different values set.
Particle life is measured in frames, calculated by distance/speed.
So they should match up.

So I spent a while remaking the title screen load code only to realise the reason it was taking so much longer than a normal island was because the file for it had all the objects in one big list instead of being broken up in to chunks
