Build 20180425 uploaded!


This mainly a hotfix or sorts for the Journal not showing up after the prologue. I’m saying sort of, since the Journal script is quite the stubborn one. I had to implement some code to add it back in. Although this doesn’t catch all cases, it should add it back in when you:

  1. When a new mission starts.

  2. When you leave Aigina for good.

I’ll see if I can improve the code so it can catch and fix it.

Aside from that, Rick got two new skills (which replace Fire Breath and Dragon Spirit). Tavern Brawl has the same effect as Fire Breath (sans Element) and Blitz Strike overwhelms the target, reducing their Max HP and Max MP for a while. Helpful in some cases.

And two bugfixes are included in, along with a slight graphical tweak for some maps.

Who did this?

It's pretty early, but here's a look at a mob manager, handling the enemies in the game. The code streamlines the programming of the enemies. Hopefully, I can expand it to more useful ways.

Wrote a tool that installs the game's dependencies. That means Northbridge will always use the latest version of the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime.

Implementing Armor Corrosion. This put quite a dent in the target's armor for a short time.

Added achievements. Because why not?

A bit of an old but goodie coming back: Quick Load! In an upcoming update, you can jump back to where you left off with a push of a button.
