I've seen that in the A Week with Javier franchise, essentially in the Cartoon Buddies TV series, has an exaggerated art style. That type of style is similar to chibi or anime. Such as the Cartoon Buddies, possessed by the Missing People, themselves being typically small and chubby with stubby limbs, oversized eyes, oversized heads, tiny bodies, and minimal detail. Our beloved heroes/villains surely do look short since they're young. I decided to make the Cartoons group look cute 'cuz we would be surprised in awe to see them. Imagine if they truly look and act incredibly cute during the Cartoon Buddies show. Kinda moe, you would agree.
