Couldn't do a larger update today (family time!) BUT I managed to experiment with the Upgrade Cards!

What do you think? Can you guess what the two icons already drawn mean (answer in the article!)

As I mentioned before, I wanted the cards to feel less "solid", so I left the black color for the outline only and used a softer brown for drawing the card itself. I also added a "worn out" effect on the borders.

Here's the previous version, for comparison:

For the two icons (pic 2 and 3), here's what they mean:

Icon 1, the one with the bullets, stands for the Rate of Fire upgrade. Here are its effects:

One Star: +15% rate of fire for all cars

Two Stars: +30% rate of fire for all cars

Icon 2 should mean Multi-shot (or something like that). Here's what this upgrade does:

One Star: All cars fire double bullets

Two Stars: All cars fire triple bullets

I guess that's it for today! No cool gif, sorry! I intend to have one ready for tomorrow, though! Hopefully, I will be able to implement these two powers, and maybe some others! Who knows?

So long, suckers! See ya

Last time I posted a kinda bare bones version of this screen, now we got some of its art!

Still not totally satisfied with all elements, but I guess it's already a nice improvement :)

NEW UI PLANNING!

Since the beginning of this project, I've done its UI in a somewhat haphazard way. Now it's time to get some things right, so I'm planning to fix some things about its user interface.
