As of now, missions already collect information from the runs, such as zombies killed, time survived, level reached, and it's easy to implement new parameters.
Also, missions can already award two types of reward:
New Powers: most powers are initially locked, and need to be unlocked by completing missions;
Stat Increases: some game stats, such as initial lives, bullet damage, car speed, etc, etc, can be increase by static mission rewards.
These two reward types cover almost all types, the only one left is the "New Vehicle" award, which is going to be harder because the game's not yet ready for more than one vehicle. This is the next thing I'll be working on, though!
