I have taken a decision based on the game's sad turn of events, that being it's cancellation. In my opinion, there would be absolutely no reason for this fangame to keep its page up considering the only thing it would be doing is giving people false hope of an update and because of the sheer fact I don't want people to play this sort of ''demo'' and think of this as an example of what I do as I'm simply not happy of the development process that this has been through alongside some other reasons.

This fangame is no longer a priority of mine. Without taking in the fact that I wasnt happy with the direction it was taking, I was also not happy with how misunderstanding the game's horror elements were, for instance, going for the style of old horror games (which I thought would be on brand with the general style of the game at the time) could easily be misinterpreted as cheap scares/screamers. With these taken into account, I obviously accept and acknowledge all of these issues and words of criticism, but rebooting/remaking this game into a better way that I would prefer would just entirely make it a separate concept seemingly being unrelated with what this was supposed to be.

Hello Neighbor Denial's page will not be relisted anytime soon. If it will, it will be remade into a different page for a different fangame since it already has a following, but this most likely will not happen since I'm very mixed on the idea of reusing stuff to benefit other things. I mean, from my perspective it's upright wrong to force people to unwillingly follow something that they don't know of.

As the reason of what this is being unlisted and not straight up deleted, I don't want to regret doing something like this and realising later on I have a different/better use for it.

All things considered, it's best to leave this in the past and look forwards to the better stuff I'll be being part of / making.
