Hollowborn Development Log #2 - "Shocking Discoveries"

Hey Everyone!

Happy Screenshot Saturday everyone, this week I wanted to show off the new weapon I've been working on called the shocker.

New Weapon New Me

The shocker is a new weapon for Hollowborn, which will allow the player to shock enemies. The Idea came from playing Quake when I thought making my own lightning gun would be cool and bring more variety when dealing with the underworld army.

Created an zombie like enemy AI script which works (somewhat) well with the animation's and the player. Obviously very early showcase but I'm slowly working my way forward. #WIP #unity3d #gamedev #indiedev #screenshotsaturday

Here's an early video of a simple door mechanic I worked on, I wanted to replicate Resident Evil's door system which changed rooms while keeping your position on the last room and when you returned your player spawned near the door. #indie #unity #gamedev
