The latest Pocket Fighter EX development stream recording is uploaded now! It focuses on giving Ken's hit boxes / animation the same refinement and redesign that I recently gave Ryu.

Managed to figure out how to apply palettes to low color sprites in #UnrealEngine5. The flashing ones are randomizing their palettes every frame.
Still working on an easy to edit palette data system, but it works!!
Junior sleeps on me every night now. He's become quite attached.

Most didn't realize that part of the colorization specification was maintaining 100% backwards compatibility with the original NeoGeo Pocket 3-Color look via palette swap only. I enforced this by mandating every new sprite to be made *first* in 3-Color.
3 years before Pocket Fighter EX I made a sprite of Kazuya in Pocket style. I touched it up just a little bit for this post.
This is why Nibbler got his name lol.
