Basically this means, if hes hungry, he'll eat, if hes thirsty he'll drink, if hes bored he'll watch TV, but if hes not bored he'll do chores such as mopping the floor, working on his car and moving boxes, but if none of these conditions apply he'll do other tasks such as admiring his house or doing exercise, overall I think this is really cool, and means the Neighbor will sort of have a routine. I may go more indepth into this system in the future
