It's been a while but I'm back with two new evolution ideas for Xatu and Noctowl !

They help Dialga and Palkia to keep time and universe intact.


Origin Xatu "Containment Pokemon"

Level up Xatu while holding Lustrous Orb.

Psychic/Water type

Abilities: Pressure/Aftermath(hidden)

Origin Xatu has a new move called "Dark Matter"

Dark Matter/ Water type/ 90 BP/ 100% Acc/ 15 PP/Special

The user lets out some of the dark matter that it has been holding within. The pokemon attacked by this move get the affects of gravity.

Palkia has created Xatu to keep all the corrupted parts of the universe inside it. They have really strong mental health to not become corrupt by the dark matter inside them.

Origin Noctowl "Timekeeper Pokemon"

Level up Noctowl while holding Adamant Orb.

Psychic/Flying type

Abilities: Pressure/Anticipation(hidden)

Origin Noctowl also has a signature move called "Time Rift"

Time Rift/ Psychic type/5 PP/ Status

The users rips a rift in the fabric of time to use past moves against the opponent.After time rift is used all the attacking moves that has been used the turn before is used on the target.This move fails if; time rift has already been used the turn before,it's used in the first turn or no attacking moves has been used in the previous turn.

Noctowls were created to help Dialga help locate any rips in time. Over time only few of them kept their job most became a regular pokemon.
