Cursed with life after the murder of his owner mid performance. After his death the puppet without any hesitation tore the performer's arm off his body and lunged at the killer, draining him of every last drop of his blood.

This puppet is on a constant search for more blood. The more blood he gets the stronger he becomes, and possibly even a newly formed body. He drains the blood from his victims with the metal wires that are attached to his arms (they were originally used to control his arms).

The sneaky puppet moves around by kinda "slithering" the severed arm side to side, almost like a snake.

It's unknown exactly how this puppet is alive, there's multiple possible reasons why. It could be the broken amulet around its neck providing it life, or possibly he is possessed by the deceased puppeteer trying to regain his life, or some other third thing.
