NPC Patrol/Guard Position (haven't decided how I'll call it yet). He may run after you, but not too far.
Adding some Tooltips for NPCs.
And for some reason, to train troops is completely free... It's time to fix that. And to give to UI a better look.

A small improvement: ''NPCs sight attached to their heads and not to their root.''
This will be nice to have when they are patrolling/guarding some position.
