Poll from yesterday had decided 128 Tiles

+Updates to the Editor's UI

It had been decided from yesterday that the Editor (and engine in general) will use 128 tile variations to build with :

  • 64 Regular Tiles for map-making

  • 64 Solid Color tiles for Pixel art and/or backgrounds

I had also decided to slightly revamp the editor a bit, by including a much more user-friendly way of selecting the texture you want (As seen in the first picture), taking slight inspiration from Mari0's Map making GUI, since i thought the previous version of it was going to be ridiculous with 128 Tiles

(will eventually include a "Next Page" button for the solid colored tiles)

This can be accessed by simply pressing the cog icon as seen in the 2nd image, after which you can either simply click the tile you wanna change to, or press "Ctrl" and exit out of it

Update on the Android port of FlatFormer v4.0

FlatFormer Engine v4.0 Android Port has been released!

First 64 Tiles done for the level editor!

Just started using the Android SDK, and decided i should port one of my older projects as a way for me to get used to the API

I'll likely update on that tomorrow

All 128 tiles are complete, Engine is also complete with every feature, including custom music support, now's probably time to stop messing around and actually work on the default stages :P

Small update at the default stages + Thinking about how custom levels should be shared

i have surpassed 1k lines of code today

i am 99% sure that's not something to be proud of...

The amount of optimization i'll have to do to something like this is gonna be hell, wish me luck

I may or may not have gotten carried away with "ComputerCraft"

Honestly not as bad as i thought it would turn out
