Temporal halt of development

Hello again. I hope you has fun playing the game.

Due to a hardware failiure, development of Immortal Sins was halted until my development system is fully functional. The game’s almost ready for a release until the laptop’s charger broke, resulting in running only in the battery (and it doesn’t hold for long). And so, I had to stop using the laptop’s to avoid killing it’s battery. I’ll return to development when I replace it, so the devlog may be silent for a while.

And you in the next post.

Added a simple audio system to the launcher.

Added the option to rebuild the cache. This will clear the cache and then decompress the files from the packages.

A small teaser for the next update.

It's pretty early, but here's a look at a mob manager, handling the enemies in the game. The code streamlines the programming of the enemies. Hopefully, I can expand it to more useful ways.

A bit of an old but goodie coming back: Quick Load! In an upcoming update, you can jump back to where you left off with a push of a button.

Added achievements. Because why not?

Who did this?

Overhauls on the way.

Waz zis? An overhauled map? Yes. Coming soon.

Wrote a tool that installs the game's dependencies. That means Northbridge will always use the latest version of the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime.
