This month, some progress, AND AN UPDATED DEMO!

Welcome back to the GUIDANCE Monthly devlog!


First off, the less interesting bits. I made some more progress on that one section I'm still working on, and more excitingly I made like 3 songs, one of which is especially story important (tho still won't be used for a while)

Moving on to the exciting bit, I was replaying the Christmas demo and there were a few small things that were bugging me, so I decided to do an update!

If you haven't played the Christmas Demo before, now would be a good time. It's essentially a miniature side story that takes place before the events of the main game.

You can play the Christmas Demo by downloading the Bonus Content package. I also uploaded a browser build, but it lags a bit and is constantly loading stuff, so I would recommend the downloadable build instead.

New content includes :

  1. Minor additional dialogue

  2. Rebalanced Combat

  3. The ability to buy "questionable snow cones"

  4. Said "questionable snow cones" as useful items in battle

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
