If the enemy catches you in a trap, a quick decision triggers allowing the player a chance to defend themselves.

New update: Killer Nerf is out!
The killer has been nerfed making it easier to escape them and achieve one of the game's multiple endings. Details of the changes made below.

The Killer will occasionally investigate hiding spots while searching for you.
Madeline is the main protagonist of the mountain climbing platformer, Celeste. The game has been praised for its visuals, gameplay, and introspective narrative. The game's creator Maddy Thorson confirmed that Madeline is trans in 2020.
I made my guards smarter by programming them to ambush the player!
