Presenting the Blitz Gun/Blitz Cannon and Pyrocitor/Gold Pyrocitor along with the associated VFX!

Syncronizing looping audio is proving to be a pain, so Pyrocitor isn't fully finished yet.

Been doing various things with weapons.
Blitz Gun/Blitz Cannon are fully functional.
Meanwhile the Pyrocitor is getting more colors to help player identification at range. The original look being dominantly red would cause issues.

RaC FPS: Online has been updated to 0.4!
Got a lot of changes here so be sure to refer to the patch notes txt in the archive.

Major points. Weapons now Upgrade, you now have invuln on spawn, a new gamemode is available, and powerups/superweapons appear.
