Question: Why do I only ever show the art and screenshots of my VN games? Why not the code?

TLDR: There's not really anything to show beyond that, as Ren'Py is a very "default" engine that I rarely ever stray from.

Long answer in article below.

So it's been a week since the game finally launched...

Has anyone reached the end of story mode?

The first achievement (playing through the whole story) unlocks a special surprise...that I have never mentioned as of yet :3

Y'know, a VN story doesn't always have to have a deeper message or immersive gameplay behind it. It can literally just be an expression.

TLDR: Kinetic novels can be just as cool as visual ones - "easier" to build, but "harder" to pull off.

Do you know who this is, without leaving this post/tab or pulling anything up?

If SO, you are in the core demographic of the Eternal Frenemies Project!

If NOT, you are in the peripheral demographic.

Article explains, and don't worry, they're BOTH great!

So it looks like "Heaven's Flag" is currently in the lead to become my next Ren'Py project...which gives this post excellent timing.

There is an ultra-fine line between misrepresentation and artistic license...on which I give my take in the article below.
