You know, lamenting and complaining will get you nowhere, its hard to talk your heart out, about your constant suffering, but if you dont do it, no one else can do it for you.

Its such a miracle for u to be here with us, after everything you've been through, after everything youre STILL going through, i think the greatest blessing we have is to still have each other to interact, to talk

I think that in this life, the best we can preserve is our inner peace.

For example, in an exam, if youre too nervous, youre more likely to get things wrong.

I think that calmness is also really fundamental when youre habing those Self-deprecating thought

Dont take panicked actions, committing it isnt worth it, cause the "peace" you seek with death doesnt exists, because to not live is to not exist, and such being has no feelings. This is an illusion your mind has made.

My stupid uncontrollable emotions just fucked up my entire day cuz I 'looked' mad when some of the friends in my group talked to other people, when I wasn't mad, but now I am cause my bestie had to question me about it like it was a fucking problem
