Alright, guards now have an attack animation, and fire multiple rounds (4 each time) at the player. And some guards will stay put, but others will follow the player. Keycards have been added now as well.

Battle Art System is in place! When you score a critical hit, the Battle Art will show up for that unit. (Sorry for the large gif)

Chapter 2 - In Progress

Added tall grass that you can hide in.

Added deep mud which counts as difficult terrain for humans, but may have a different effect for others.

And a few tileset tweaks.

Player can now build in the arena. I'll be changing the block created, but this is proof of concept

Getting VERY close to a playable demo! Behold the swarm of mutants! They are resistant to plasma.

Tall Mutants don't go down so easily.

Only the Main Menu to create, and the demo is ready. Is anyone tough enough to take on Pistol Only Mode?

Working on the Bokoblin AI. They will have 4 types of personalities that determine how they react, and they also feature vision cones, or rather vision circles (will not be visible). As in the photo they will give an alert when the player is seen.

(Sorry for not resizing the gif) As promised, here is the finished building set-up. Building costs 5 x material level. The only part that remains is the Save System which is easy, and a button that spawns the waves of mutants to attack in the Arena.
