Added a hint in the Crystal Cave.
Removed the FPS Synch option, as it's no longer necessary.
Fixed an issue with the Starboard Launcher and Game Master, where it would crash, if the CPU didn't have SSE4.2 support.

It's pretty early, but here's a look at a mob manager, handling the enemies in the game. The code streamlines the programming of the enemies. Hopefully, I can expand it to more useful ways.
