What kind of bad guys do you see at a prosthetics factory?
These Leg Gunners are part of the security system.
I could have a part where the factory builds robots for you to beat up, but they're gonna be humanoids. They'd probably be like skinless T-800s.
So, I'm working on the top-down sections. There are three of these things planned for this game.
The DemoBots have to be a little shorter for this perspective, and they're mostly headed downwards. So, hopefully, I won't have to draw so many GFX.
I was considering releasing the expansion today, but then I found a lot of bugs I should've spotted in the original build, and I made the minimap do extra stuff for said expansion.
Don't worry, it'll be out by tomorrow night.
I need to know where to draw the line on this level.
It's supposed to be a prosthetics factory of The Future. It could use a lot more Factory, though.
This background full of conveyor belts might make it a bit more factory-like, but it's still ominous.
The next update may be full of bugs.
...moths, mostly.
If my plan for Sega CD-styled cinematics doesn't work out, Plan B would be the GBA-style cinematics.
If anything, they make decent filler.
I felt some mechanics were underutilized, so I'm making an expansion.
...more or less just a side quest and extra dungeon. No more than that here.
Coming who-knows-when.
The best way to let everyone play with whatever controller they want is to let players test it out, reconfigure it, and let them test it again.
...it's a bit messy, since this is a game that should support two players.
Beware the front-facing DemoBots. They approach the summer home slowly, hoping to demolish it. It's nothing personal; it's just their job.
...but they didn't inform the Robot Maid. Demolition is messy business, and she can't let the house get messy.
