Up until now, I’ve been sharing updates about movement, interactions, and the inventory system. Basically, everything related to the main character—the one through whose eyes you’re destined to find a way out. But now it’s time to talk about what will be hunting you.
I spent a long time thinking about who to choose as the “monster” and the “stalker.” As expected, it all came down to resources and skills. I’m still learning how to make games, so I tried to create something that’s scary, but also relatively simple from a technical standpoint.
In the end, I decided on a humanoid creature—distorted, twisted, something clearly wrong with it. There were many iterations during the process, but eventually I settled on this version.
