Fixed an issue where volumes would keep resetting upon opening the pause menu
Fixed an issue where skid marks would change going over different surfaces
Fixed Mouse Sensitivity

Optimization

Hud's Canvas panel is now wrapped in retainer box and will update it at half the game's frame rate
More instanced meshes to prevent overdraw
Simplified collision on more objects
