A baby dragon from the moon Ciona, his egg was sent to Timesea by his kind to stop Hickory Dickory Dock from freezing over the planet. Having ate a strange fruit, he is able to grow himself up in order to become stronger.
The original version of this pic had him getting salted, but apparently the way it came out was too (unintentionally) suggestive for some people, so I changed it to fire for this iteration here.
