Fixed a bug with Animals; I changed their draw code to clip off the bottom of the sprite when In water, but this changed where the origin point is. All good now!
(please ignore how hats float, they need a new sprite)

Hats for Pets. I would just do it anyway, but it's not a key feature so it's low priority, also needs new sprites made

Hahah! Now you can Place and Destroy things in Rooms, now I just need to make it so it won't accept the default objects (like Beds and Control Orb) as an option.

Also, add a move option?

Quick smash up of some existing code to make it so you can customise NPC houses, needs a bunch of work!
The Destroy Option doesn't work (it selects the House be default), it's also not checking for collision, only if over a house
