re-released 1.0.3d that fixes some miniscule bugs with the 6-hour mode and pause screen. Before you ask: No, pausing during Fizzlepop's entry won't stop her from jumpscaring you.

Added a pause menu to the 6-hour mode.
Will I add it to the main game? Not sure.
Anyways, v1.0.3d is out for CDH3 (visible in-game, online displays 1.0.3-4)
