what is the best game developing software except Unity and Unreal? (on pc of course)

Does anyone know a good drawing program for ipad?

Oof, I have just now added pip to my program, though now it is giving me another error that says unindent does not match any outer indentation level. The program is python 3.8.6, though here is the code.

Also, if anyone happens to know about a music studio that can make 8-bit music without the creator wanting to put their head on their desk and cry, I would highly appreciate a pointer. I'm fine with paying money, just please don't make me use a sfx maker.

I have a good and easy to use Game Jolt Game API implementation for GameMaker Studio 2.3 with no documentation (I should write it to publish it), I'm not sure it's worth working to release... would you be interested in buying it? #YouChoose
