Mobile game or PC game?

UI DEVELOPMENT?.

Is it better to have more GUI or less for large immersive games, not like the mmorpgs they use crazy shit. but is this UI ok?. similar to Fallout games which i think do minimal UI really well and is what iam going for in future projects.
