my charges keep decreasing for no apperant reason whatsoever, i require a valid answer as to why

Update: it’s gon but pls still fix it
Every time I try to filter out notifications, it says it saved, but if I go to a different page or reload, it resets to all notification types being on.
(I am using the pc webpage on mobile)
