I've gotten the Z sorting and the Y sorting working(separately)

Now time to figure how the heck I'm gonna actually gonna do the thing without any extra issues, this is the hardest part of it but I'm actually gonna have to think hard on it

I may be out of Aseprite (for now)...

But am not out of Options.
