NPC's are almost ready to go and so is the next test build. We've got some lovely things to be tried out and plenty of changes from the last build.
Right so where is the new update? The answer is it's been ready for a week. Adding one feature produces small inconsistencies such as the way save data works. Our bug hunt is at an end with NPCs getting a little more attention before release this week.
Hey guys! We haven't forgotten about them demo, just fixing some last minute game breaking bugs! :)
Asking the big questions today. We won't support changing your characters outfit or gender but you can give our beloved testguy a name. Character customization will come later, as it will take planning to get it as versatile as we want at the moment.
Some last adjustments to the exports box and now I can plumb it in to the rest of the game. We're aiming for Friday to release the demo. Depending on the speed of which we can get test npc paths made up and some smaller bits and pieces.
Finally, you can sell the fruits/veg of your labour. :)
We're working through the games main map trying to plan out where everything is going to go, and more importantly what the heck we are going to put in the bottom right!
Rain effects are now more than a tinted screen with some fancy scrolling going on.
