Fear plagues the minds of the people of Azura, as prophecies state that the birth of the Elemental of Electricity is a catalyst for the return of Darkavian, the Elemental of Darkness that vanished after an ancient war eons ago. With heavy hearts, King Solaris and Queen Luna send their son, Zapherious (Zap), to a different world with guardians, to protect him and the people of Azura. Sixteen years have passed, with Zapherious (Zap) having no clue about his origins or family. After discovering his true identity, he sets off to find his way home and save his people from the darkness that threatens to consume his world.
