Your latest set of missions are all tied to the return of, you guessed it, THE SOVIET UNION?! From Scottish Showmen, Panda Smuggling Farmers, German Cyborgs, and PIRATES(?!) you'll have to make your way to stop Viktor Ivanovsky, once and for all!
