I have always wanted to make a game with whimsical little creatures... Big announcement coming soon!

In the meantime, what would you name this little guy?

Over half of all INSECTILE wish lists were added in the last month. I could not be more grateful!

If you're an indie dev or any kind of creative - do not be discouraged!

Fun Fact: In a few mantis species, the female will sometimes eat the head of her partner when mating.

Lesser Known Fact: This gives the male mantis a more optimal attack formation.

Love is beautiful!

Showing off all the cool abilities in my indie game at once!

I debated not doing this trend because I am so late... But I think it would be such a miss not to include my indie game's extreme makeover.

It's an entirely different game now - and that's for the better! 🔥🐛

Dive into the cozy post-apocalyptic open world of Critter Cove!

Gentleman Rat Studios (@GR-Rob ) describe it as “a little bit Animal Crossing, a little bit Stardew Valley. Maybe even a little bit Windwaker, too."

If you love Monster Taming games, check out Gym Leader Ed's Monster Taming Direct! Catch it live on YouTube! Who knows, you may recognize a few of the games 👀

Okay. Submitting Insectile to Monster Tamer Direct. Wish me Luck : )

Afterwards, the Steam page is getting a big makeover!

Mae Borowski is the main character of Night in the Woods! It's an adventure game that tells the story of her return to her hometown of Possum Springs. She was confirmed as canonically pan in a social media post by the game's creator Scott Benson.

I was worried the "blockers" in INSECTILE would annoy players - but many cited them as the best parts of the demo!

So, I'm working on new blocker types today : ) Bees leave honey splotches and water skimmers have armor that pops like bubble wrap!
