Next up
Slight design change to Luna, turns out no Ballerina has that weird purple crisscross thing.
A couple things that are already done are:
-The main menu
-A lot of overworld things (text, movement, collision, saving; the works)
-the story thing at the beginning
-and finally a lot of the soundtrack, and I would say, it's peak
I'm actively developing some things, one: the item system, which leads into two: the menu, the one with the items and three: the battle text system, which would include having to add the actual monsters, but that isn't happening until battle system done.
We officially have a new design for the main menu of the game!
Undertale BLUE's battle system is actually going pretty well! I so far have -health, that can be damaged and look yellow and red, that whole thing
-bullets, to do the damaging
-a soul to get damaged, yes it is in b l u e mode, what else did you expect?
A less small design change is with Pluma! (The other human) They weren't very expression-able and also stood a bit weirdly. Plus they leaned way to much into the 'sad emo' trope, and now, they're happy emo!
In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
Why walk when you can jump?
