This is my Earthbound DnD campaign called Earthbound Crash! About as frequently as I can, I will keep you all up-to-date on the events that happen in my campaign.
As our heroes exit from their peculiar ride, they find themselves in a bright and colorful town called Twoson. While looking for people, they enter Burglin Park, where there is an open market. There are people selling fruits, pottery, paintings, street signs, and so much more. In the middle of all the vending, there is a shed with a man standing atop the roof. Everdred, the boss of Burglin Park, jumps down from the roof and challenges the heroes to a brawl to test their strength.
After seeing only a few attacks, Everdred forfeits and claims he doesn't even need to fight to test their power (and he twisted his ankle). He asks for a favor from the heroes. A little girl named Paula has been kidnapped by the evil Happy Happyists, a group of cultists who aim to paint the whole world blue. If the heroes can save Paula, they'll be given a generous reward.
After stocking up on adventuring gear, the heroes set off for Happy Happy Village to save the helpless Paula.
When Everdred picks a fight with the heroes, he's scripted to give up on his first turn. He had 60 HP. He was not supposed to be defeated. The heroes beat him. How the heck did they deal 60 damage in one turn!??
