The past timeline chronologically takes place three years before the present timeline, with the exception of two introductory scenes that feature Seraphia as a young child and Cocytus as an infant. The past mainly covers how Seraphia and Cocytus met and fell for each other, while the present timelines serves as an introduction to the comic part of the project story.
