Version 0.1.1 has been released!


Fixes:

fixed issue where game couldn't be started due to a missing extension

Additions:

sound effects for projectiles, both player's and enemies'

game over tips regarding enemies and bosses

Aconite now has a new attack she can use

Changes:

reduced particle frequency for player and boss projectiles

Vix uses her side orb attack less often

Version 0.1.2 has been released!

It's already the end of 2023! I'm glad to have finally started pursuing my career and dream! Next year, I should finally begin releasing some of my first games, and I'll be sure to share stuff on them along the way! See you all next year!

Project Protostar is near completion, with only some audio and official art left to go! I might stream the game on Twitch to try and raise further awareness about it (and other stuff I'm working on). In the meantime, look at this error in the thumbnail.

I made an intro animation for Zelda-like Bosses today. I honestly thought it was going to take weeks, but I did it all this morning. At this point, Zelda-like Bosses is almost done!

Just began implementing a new system for bosses. To unlock each row, you will have to defeat all of the bosses of the previous row (middle requires top, bottom requires middle)

While most bosses were already finished by the time I published Zelda-like Bosses, I made a late addition to Beartrap's fight. He can now do an attack where his hands and head have an eye and you have to hit the true one.
