February 6th, 2021, at 9:26 PM is when I joined GameJolt because I thought it looks cool (I was 15 years old at the time), and it was an alternative platform to post my games with far less strict guidelines.

I manly post on Scratch at the time but GameJolt is excellent.
I did got in trouble a few times before but that was only because I’m still learning how this place works. And yeah, I went a bit too silly on the emails. Haha.
As of now, this is now my main platform because as you would expect, I grew out of the Scratch platform. Not only because it was mainly targeted for kids but also because it’s very limited in terms of game dev. TurboWarp allows much higher power and control, so that’s also still my main tool I use to create my games.
And GameJolt is a place a socialize, while also being a place to post games, too. It’s perfect.
This is a platform I’m continuing to stay for the long term. And perhaps, I might finally start selling my games in the future. Not soon, but one day.
Not much else to say, but I’m glad I found this. I met so many wonderful people here and so many creations these communities have made.
