i tried updating my gpu but i downloaded the same driver that was already on my computer. do i have duplicate drivers of the same driver? someone explain this to me. also i am using an imac with a amd gpu and the site dosnt have the gpu i have. help me

In an attempt to be a little more kind to myself, mentally & physically, I'm starting taking regular breaks to sit outside & take in some sunlight & fresh air. I love what I do, but I get engrossed & can be in my office for literally hours on end
