Made a game where you play as a boat sailing the waters around Vieques, clearing minefields. Inspired by the struggles the people of Vieques endured at the hands of the U.S. Navy. Not meant to be an accurate portrayal, but a reminder of their history.

For day 756 of coding, I have manage to have the rocks not overlap each other when they spawn
