I figured out how to do the PSII pipe parallax in RPG Maker MZ using the new tile layering system.

Trouble is that it doesn't function as a parallax because its all tiles tho...

Can confirm that my Phantasy Star fangame also crosses over with MOTHER/EarthBound.

@LUKELCS I wish RPG Maker had a feature where you can put a parallax layer on top of the map so a person can make levels like this.

Other than putting the pipes in mapping of course.
