Concept

Players are in love with The Rose. Make the right decisions, to beat the competition!

In Rue, one player has The Rose in front of them, while the other players are trying to take it back.

Cards can be used to move The Rose around, allow you to grab it, or plainly steal it from others. All players play their card at the same time,making the right decisions is the key to victory.

The game is played in rounds that last a couple of minutes each. Once a player has won ~3 rounds, they are the winner.

Rue v1.5.7 is out!

In this update, names are added for each opponent, which are randomised.

Also ending the game now has a better experience, showing the user why someone won, and giving them the option to observe the game before quitting.

Rue v1.5.6 is out!

* Language can now be changed from the settings.

* Settings are saved and loaded when the game is launched again.

* Game is now set to 60 FPS, which is configurable from the settings.

* Fixed a bug causing the guide cards to reappear.

Rue v1.5.3 is out!

After spending a bit of time creating some basic translation, Rue is now available on the following languages:

* German

* Japanese

This is just an initial translation, most likely will need some more polish later on.

Rue v1.4.1 is out!

* Greek language is now added. On Android/Quest2 it is auto-detected, but on Linux/Windows you need to pass the `--locale el` flag on the executable.

* Added icons to show what resources the special effects use.

Testing adding #ttf fonts on Rue.

Implementing the #freetype library has been a fun challenge.

It works on #linux , #windows and #android , only #Quest2 left to go 😁
